• open an issue in the GitHub repository
• include coordinates, expected result, and actual result when reporting lookup problems
• include relevant log lines when reporting processing failures

Helpful details:

• exact coordinate tested
• whether the issue was in Lookup or full processing
• whether the country cache was already present
• whether the app was running locally or in Docker
